This week, I talked to my friend Jenn about her experience growing up in a musical home. If you love music, you don’t want to miss this!
This week, I asked my friends and family what they were thankful for this Thanksgiving. There was one catch. They couldn’t say “friends and family.” Here’s what they came up with 🙂 Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
This week, I interviewed one of my friends from school and another inspiration in my life, Sabrina 🙂 She talks about her life growing up in a biracial household and how it helped her learn to accept herself. She comes to a beautiful conclusion at the end so make sure you watch the whole thing! Enjoy!
Today’s video is one that I found while looking for some body positivity the other day. Laci Green is a peer sex educator who has tons of videos on YouTube where she discusses sexuality in a totally awesome way. Not your traditional sex ed class. Here, she discusses ways to eliminate weight discrimination, fat shame, and fat phobia. Totally cool.
This week, I interviewed another great friend from school about her identity as a “free spirit.” She talks about what it means to her to be a “free spirit,” how she came to identify herself as one, and what each of us can do to become one as well. She’s awesome so you should click play before you miss out!
Hey guys! One of my closest friends from school was required to do a video project this past week. She had to interview someone, much like what I do every Thursday. She came to me with a question and this time, I was the subject. It was very fun being on the other side of the camera. So instead of my usual interview with someone else, this week you guys get a closer peek at me–in real life! Go ahead then, click play and find out what I talked about!
Hey guys! Today’s video was shared in my Women and Pop Culture class and I thought it was a really interesting perspective on body image and health. Check it out!
